Eclipse

The first, real Ambient song I composed.

I started playing with the melodic theme already in my mind, but during the development I discovered new sounds and effects and I put them in as a sort of a constant “work in progress”.

For that reason, Eclipse was the song that took me more time than the others.

Message from Earth

On February 1, 2003 during reentry into Earth’s atmosphere on its 28th mission, the Space Shuttle Columbia was lost. Maybe that day the crew tried to hear, for the very last time, the Voice of the Earth and of all the people they loved.

I wrote this song thinking to a message that starts from our planet and goes into space, talking about us.

Landscape

A chill electronic song, melodic and with an easy chorus that makes the tune enjoyable to the ears.

Aldebaran

I always had a passion for Astronomy: Aldebaran as in Alpha Aldebaran, is one of a group of six stars forming the Hyades constellation.

Soundscapes and effects are used to represent the Universe, where Aldebaran shines among millions of other stars.

Europa

A song with an easy Jazz flavour that reminds me of the typical middle-european way of living of the last century: everything was glamour on the Trans-Europe Express but, in the same time, the tension about the fate of the world was running up.

Voyage dans la Lune

Another track that involves me and my passion for space. The last time that a person walked on the Moon was in December 1972.

This song is my personal interpretation of the difficulties and achievements that permitted to a very short number of lucky human beings to walk, at least, on the Moon.
